About Qlean Scandinavia AB

The company’s business concept is the sale of services and products relating to environmentally sound cleaning solutions based on the Qlean method to power companies, property companies, property managers, painting companies and industry.

Qlean Scandinavia AB was founded in 2002 (as Servicestaden Sverige AB) with operations focused on cleaning of building exteriors. There was scepticism at first about this new method, but thanks to the recognition given the company in Environmental Innovation 2004 (then under the name GreenClean Technology), acceptance on the market quickly increased. From the beginning we have worked with all types of building exteriors: from listed buildings to new construction, from sheet metal to sandstone and brick.

The operation has gradually expanded and now includes three business segments in addition to product development: Qlean Surface, Qlean Construction and Qlean Industry.
 
Today the company operates all over Sweden with a base in Linköping. As demand for maintenance washing with Qlean Surface has increased, the method will be available in several locations around Sweden in collaboration with other building exterior cleaning companies. The increased demand from Europe also means that Qlean Scandinavia AB plans to open in several countries during the next three years, including in Hungary and Italy.

We are continually involved in product development, for one thing to make the method even more cost-effective for our customers, but primarily to be able to apply the Qlean method to more business areas. Our product development is run to a great extent in close cooperation with Linköping University.
